REGISTRATION
Registration Forms are located in the back of this brochure and on the Charlotte Latin Web site, www.charlottelatin.org. Please complete one form for each child. You may copy the registration form for additional students. Please mail the completed form(s) with your full payment to: Charlotte Latin Summer Programs, 9502 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28277. We accept checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
EARLY HAWK DISCOUNT
Registrations, with full payments, received by the School by Thursday, March 27, will receive an EARLY HAWK DISCOUNT off the price of all camps! This discount does not apply to lunch care or bus transportation.
FEES
A $50 administrative fee will be charged for refunds, with the exception of programs cancelled by Charlotte Latin. No refunds will be granted after April 15, unless the program was cancelled by CLS. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for changing camps after the original registration is received. No changes will be accepted after April 15. Families who do not pick up their child(ren) from the Media Center carpool lanes within 15 minutes of the camp’s published ending time, either 12 p.m. or 4 p.m., will be billed for an automatic Extended Care fee of $50.

CANCELLATION
Classes with insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation. An immediate full refund or enrollment into a camp with availability (that has the same tuition cost) will be granted.
DISCONTINUATION
Charlotte Latin School reserves the right to release without refund any student whose behavior becomes unmanageable.
LUNCH
Charlotte Latin School Summer Programs now offers complete, nutritious boxed lunches through McAlister’s Deli and Chick-fil-A. The weekly cost of these lunches is $40. Upon registration for lunch, you will be mailed a menu from which you can select your choices.
BUS SERVICE
Round-trip bus service from Christ Episcopal Church, 1412 Providence Road, will be available on a weekly basis. The bus for morning camps will depart Christ Church at 8:35 a.m., arriving at Charlotte Latin at 8:55 a.m. At 12:00 p.m., the bus will leave Charlotte Latin, returning to Christ Church by 12:25 p.m. The bus for afternoon camps will depart Christ Church at 12:35 p.m., arriving at Charlotte Latin at 12:55 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. the bus will leave Charlotte Latin, returning to Christ Church by 4:30 p.m. The weekly cost for round trip transportation, morning or afternoon, is $40 per week. Please note that bus service is subject to cancellation if minimum capacities are not met for the week.
